BenchmarkEA utilizes a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to track receipt, analysis and reporting of all laboratory samples. Data is backed up daily and stored offsite on a weekly basis. The network is protected by both hardware and software based firewalls. Virtual private network encryption is used for transmission between BenchmarkEA’s two laboratories.

Typical reporting is in the form of a hard copy that meets the reporting requirements of the NELAP system. Electronic reports may be generated in Excel format and transmitted via e-mail when requested by the client. Reporting in PDF format is available for compliance reports. BenchmarkEA also has the ability to report in ADAPT format when required by compliance agency programs. In addition, data may be reported on compliance agency forms per client request.
